Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2020, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Promontoria (Henrico) Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland under the Companies Acts (Company Number 554419) and having its registered office at 1st Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, craving the Court inter alia that Tweed Homes Limited (in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation) (Company number SC266604), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having their registered office at 12-16 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1PS be wound up by the Court and that Julie Tait, Grant Thornton LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN and Stuart Preston, Grant Thornton LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, Lord Ericht by Interlocutor dated 6 July 2020 allowed any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after service, intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
