A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley (dealing with Dumbarton business) (Court Ref: DBN-L2-20) by Brian Lofnes and Christopher McCall as the directors of MARMAC SERVICES LIMITED, having its registered office at Anchor House, 195 Dumbarton Road, Clydebank G81 4XJ (the "Company"), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company (Reg. no. SC231050) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 3rd June 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Eileen Blackburn, Insolvency Practitioner (SoS number 8605, Tel: 0131 243 0199) of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
