This meeting is being held for the purpose of: (1) appointing a liquidator of the company under section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and (2) resolving that a liquidation committee will not be established, unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convenor, in writing, by the decision date; and Creditors can participate in the meeting in person and vote.
