Notice is hereby given that, on 23 March 2020, a petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Swift Coaches Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC181445) and having its registered office at 15 Carlibar Road, Barrhead, Glasgow, G78 1AA ("the Company"), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators; in which petition the Sheriff at Paisley by interlocutor dated 21 April 2020 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
