Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that the Partnership was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Nicholas Simmonds (IP No. 9570) and Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) both of Quantuma LLP, Meridien House, Ground Floor, 69-71 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1DS were appointed Joint Liquidators by the LLP members and creditors on 20 April 2020.

Notice is hereby given, that the Liquidators of the Partnership intend to make a first and final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 30 June 2020 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at Quantuma LLP, Meridien House, Ground Floor, 69-71 Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1DS. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidators deem necessary.

The intended distribution is a first and final distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 30 June 2020. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
