A petition to wind up the above-named company of Gasol PLC (05350159) of c/o FRP Trading Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is the extraction of crude petroleum, presented on Friday 7 February 2020 by the LIBYAN FOREIGN BANK, c/o DWF Law LLP, 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3AG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts in the High Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 8 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
