A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Harewood House, 20 Chorley New Road, Bolton, England, BL1 4AP presented on 14 February 2020 by HAREWOOD ASSOCIATES LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) acting by its Joint Liquidators, Dean Watson and Paul Stanley of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 30 March 2020 at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
