Notice is hereby given that on 10 February 2020 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Paterson Restoration Limited craving the Court, inter alia, that Paterson Restoration Limited having their registered office at Suite 4f Ingram House, 227 Ingram Street, Glasgow G1 1DA ('the Company") be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by First Deliverance dated 11 February 2020 ordains any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
