FORTUNE & NICOLA LAYLAND, 1580 Parkway, Whiteley, Fareham PO15 7AG (the Petitioner) craving the Court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up GRYFFE WEDDINGS LTD (Company Number: SC469429) having its registered office at 48 Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP, in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated Thursday 20 February 2020 appointed Notice of the import of the Petition and of the deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette; ordained the said GRYFFE WEDDINGS LTD and any other persons interested, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court at 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
