A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 64 New Cavendish Street, London, W1G 8TB presented by HOLMES METROTECH LIMITED (In Administration) whose registered office address is situate at 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 22 January 2020 and will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 19 February 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 18 February 2020.
