The time limit for lodging a proof of debt form is 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting and the time limit for lodging a proxy is at the start of the meeting.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
