Notice is hereby given that on 29 November 2019 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by G.L James, Davis (Holdings) Limited having its registered office at 203 Fenwick Road, Giffnock, Glasgow G46 6JD ("the Petitioner") seeking inter alia an order that James Davis (Insurance Brokers) Limited (Company Number SC054141), having its registered office at 203 Fenwick Road, Giffnock, Glasgow, G46 6JD ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 6 December 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, 3 St. James' Place, Paisley PA3 2HL within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and meantime appointed Stuart Preston, of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Chartered Accountants, Level 8, 110 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BX and Julie Tait of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Chartered Accountants, 7 Exchange Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts 1, 2 & 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of which Notice is hereby given:
