A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 5 November 2019 by VEBER LIMITED of 13 Shakespeare Industrial Estate, Shakespeare Street, Watford, WD24 5RR claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at High Court, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL, on 18 December 2019, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
