Notice is hereby given that on 20 November 2019, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Iain Prentice Rodger Dewar, residing at 10 Boulevard De France, Monaco, MC98000, craving the Court, inter alia, that Beechmount Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC163870) and having its registered office at Campbell Dallas, Westfield Park, Dalkeith, Scotland, EH22 3FB be wound up and that joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition Lord Doherty at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 21 November 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Depute Clerk of Session, Court of Session, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
