A Petition to wind up the above named company of 116 COMMERCIAL ROAD, SWINDON, ENGLAND, SN1 5BD (registered office) presented on 31 October 2019 by (1 ) MANISHA PATEL and (2) CHANDRIKA TANSUKH BHATT both of 6 LAMORNA GROVE, STANMORE, HA7 1PQ, will be heard by the High Court sitting at Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 18 DECEMBER 2019, at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 17 DECEMBER 2019.
