Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") the company held was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Melissa Lorraine Jackson (IP No. 9747) of Kennway Francis, Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1HT was appointed Liquidator by the creditors on 27 September 2019.
