NOTICE is hereby given that on 11 September 2019, a Petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court by Jamieson Contracting Group Limited, having its Registered Office at Pitreavie Business Park, Queensferry Road, Dunfermline KY11 8PU craving the court inter alia that Jamieson Contracting Group Limited (Company Number SC322198) be wound up by the court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dunfermline by interlocutor dated 17 September 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dunfermline Sheriff Court, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Dunfermline KY11 8PB to be appointed provisional liquidator of the said Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
