Notice is hereby given that on 16 September 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by Brian McDougall and David Sloan as sole directors of BMD Limited, craving the Court that BMD Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 116, Abercorn Street, Abercorn Industrial Estate, Paisley, PA3 4AY (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 17 September 2019 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Ian Scott McGregor, Insolvency Practitioner, Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, Third Floor, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2BX to be provisional liquidator with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
