NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that on 01 August 2019, I, Surjit Kumar Singla FCA FABRP of Singla & Co., 57 Fulmer Drive, Gerrards Cros,s Buckinghamshire SL9 7HG, was appointed Liquidator of the above named company by the members and confirmed by creditors on 15 August 2019.
All Creditors of the above named Company are required on or before 30 September 2019 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to Mr. S. K.
