MALONE & SONS LIMITED, of Gosforth Industrial Estate, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne And Wear NE3 1XL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Swindon, The Law Courts, Islington Street, Swindon SW1 2HG on Friday 06 September 2019, at 11:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
