Notice is hereby given that on 15 July 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee by William Braid, care of Hall Norrie Warden LLP, Solicitors, Brook House, 86 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 1DQ, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional and Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 15 July 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee, within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, and eo die appointed James Stephen, Insolvency Practitioner, BDO, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow G2 8JX to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and that until an interim liquidator of the said company is appointed or the petition at the instance of William Braid, presently pending before Dundee Sheriff Court for appointment is dismissed.
