A Petition to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 6 Prince Albert Street, Prince Albert Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1HE presented on the 10 June 2019 by CHEYNE'S (MANAGEMENT) LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 46 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2LE claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 13 August 2019 at 10.30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 12 August 2019.
