I, James Neill of HNH Partners Ltd, Jefferson House. 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL give notice that I was appointed liquidator of the above named company on 24 January 2018.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Rule 11.02 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above named company within four months of the last date for proving.

The last date for creditors to prove their claim in order to participate in the dividend is 09 August 2019.

Creditors should send their claims to the liquidator’s office at HNH Partners Limited, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT1 6HL.

A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from the first and final dividend and will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in that dividend, the distribution of that dividend.

No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
