Notice is hereby given that on 11 March 2019 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Annette Hunter, the sole director of Kwik-Keg Limited craving the Court inter alia that Kwik-Keg Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC239940) be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden, KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, Lord Doherty by Interlocutor dated 12 March 2019 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within eight days after service, intimation or advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden, KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be Joint Provisional Liquidators with, inter alia, authority to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
