NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed Joint Liquidators on behalf of the Directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 20 February 2019 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to the offices of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 3rd Floor, One Park Row, Leeds LS1 5HN. All proof of debts must be delivered by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convenor or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 11.30 am on 20 February 2019.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
