This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ('the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the conveners of the meeting, Steven John Parker and Trevor John Binyon, both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals; 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; 3. The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs; 4. The approval of the Joint Liquidators' fees and costs; 5. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge.
