NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Wylie & Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP on 21 January 2019 at 11:00 am for the purposes, mentioned in Sections 99-101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Creditors are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A creditor may vote only if his claim has been submitted and accepted in whole or in part. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour.
