This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, I.D. Yerrill of Yerrill Murphy, c/o Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH.

As a result of the requirement to hold a physical meeting, the original deemed consent procedure is superseded and a meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors confirm the nomination of the liquidator appointed by the members and accordingly Ian Yerrill remains as Liquidator of the Company.

2. That a Liquidation Committee will not be established.

The meeting will be held at Welbecks Associates, 30 Percy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2DB on 1 November 2018 at 12.00 noon. This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors. This Meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
