Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 . It is delivered by the Liquidator of the company and the convener of the meeting Tauseef A Rashid of Kingsland Business Recovery, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: That a Liquidation committee is formed if sufficient nominations are received; Mr Tauseef Rashid is removed as liquidator and replaced with Mr Situal Raithatha and Mrs Deviesh Raikundalia of Springfields Advisory LLP; That this firm be paid in the sum of £7,500 plus VAT plus disbursements in respect of the convening of the meetings and the production of the information for creditors and for the preparation of the Statement of Affairs (of which £2,000 plus VAT is to be paid to Purewall Accountants, for their assistance in the same); such fees to be paid from the assets of the Company; In the event that Mr Rashid is removed and replaced as Liquidator, his remuneration be fixed at £9,000 plus VAT and disbursements; In the event that Mr Rashid remains as Liquidator, his remuneration is agreed on the basis of the fee estimate dated 5 October 2018, such fees to be paid from the assets of the company.

The meeting will be held at 11.30 am on 2 November 2018 at 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA.
