Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2018 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by IF Lending (UK) Limited (company number 10384461, having a registered office at 11 Laura Place, Bath, BA2 4BL) craving the Court inter alia that Total Group Holdings Limited, (company number SC363167) and having its registered office at 2 Inverallan Road, Bridge of Allan, Stirling, FK9 4JA (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint Charles Hamilton Turner and Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom, insolvency practitioners of CVR Global, as joint interim liquidators; in which Petition Lord Doherty by interlocutor dated 8 June 2018 appointed any party claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; all of which notice is hereby given.
