Notice is hereby given that on 30 April 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by SPD Design & Print Ltd (Company Number SC191457) a company incorporated under the Companies Act and having its registered office at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ craving the Court inter alia to order that SPD Design & Print Ltd be wound up by the Court, a Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Ian William Wright , Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company and to authorise the Provisional Liquidator to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of schedule 4 of the insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 1 May 2018 appointed the said Ian William Wright as Provisional Liquidator, authorised the exercise of the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
