Notice is hereby given that on 20 March 2018 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Manuel Gabriel Irimia and Anna Ryazanova, Directors of MGA Cladding and Roofing Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that MGA Cladding and Roofing Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC441135) and having its Registered Office at 378 Brandon Street, Oakfield House, Motherwell, Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML1 1XA be wound up by the Court and that Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Limited be appointed as provisional liquidator by Interlocutor 26 March 2018 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Hamilton Sheriff Court, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
