A PETITION to wind up the above-named company whose Registered Office is at 1st Floor, Edison House, Bognor Regis, PO22 9QT presented on 9 February 2018 by PETWORTH BULK & PLANT HIRE LTD whose Registered Office is at Haslingbourne Depot, Haslingbourne Lane, Petworth, West Sussex, GU28 0JH, claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Court House, Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on the 10 April 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice Of Intention to do so to the Petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 9 April 2018.
