Notice is hereby given that on 7 March 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by VG Biomass Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC427715 and having its registered office at c/o Turcan Connell, Princes Exchange, 1 Earl Grey Street, Edinburgh, EH3 9EE (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, and that an interim liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 9 March 2018, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement
