Notice is hereby given in accordance with rule 4.19 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that I was confirmed as liquidator of TCD (Aberdeen) Ltd (SC:427060) by resolution of the first meeting of creditors on 5 January 2018. A liquidation committee was not established and I do not propose to summon a separate meeting for this purpose unless requested to do so by one tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors.

All creditors who have not yet lodged a statement of claim with me are requested to do so in early course.
