Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 “the Act”, that a meeting of the creditors of the above company will be held at 10:00 am on 5 January 2018 at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR for the purpose mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

Creditors who wish to attend the meeting must lodge a written statement of their claim on the prescribed form or similar style. Proxies intended to be used at the meeting must be similarly lodged.
