Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company's creditors under Rule 4.127 (2)(b) for the purpose of the Liquidator's remuneration being approved on a combination of a fixed fee and a % basis for different categories of work, the details of which are set out in the first annual report.
