Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth by Apex Resources Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Apex House, Bridle Path, Watford WD17 1UE craving the Court inter alia that Buildright Shopfitters Limited (Registered number SC391796) having its registered office at Unit 9 Welton Business Park, Welton Road, Blairgowrie PH10 6HE be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Perth by Interlocutors dated 26 and 31 October 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
