Notice is hereby given that on 19 October 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Bordens at Livingston by Wolseley UK Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that Livgas Energy Ltd, Company No SC452954 and having their registered office at Block 4, Unit 3, Whiteside Industrial Estate, Bathgate, West Lothian EH48 2RX be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 25 October 2017 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston, The Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointing Brian Milne, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB as provisional liquidator.
