Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.18 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a meeting of creditors of the above Company will be held at Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ on 1 November 2017 at 11.00 am.

The meeting is at the request of a creditor under Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of the removal from office of the present Liquidators and the appointment of Raymond Stuart Claughton of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchants Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7DB to be appointed Sole Liquidator.
