Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.061 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Europa Hotel, Great Victoria St, Belfast BT2 7AP on 17 October 2017 at 12.30 pm for the purpose of considering a resolution for fixing the basis of how the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated and to provide a progress report to creditors.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must submit a proof of claim and, unless they are individual creditors attending in person, ensure their proxies are received at the offices of Duff & Phelps Ltd., The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester M2 1EW, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
