Notice is hereby given that on 13 September 2017, a Petition to wind up Metis Capital NW Limited (company no. 09221526) ("Company") whose registered office is Trueman Court, Trueman Street, Liverpool, England, L3 2BA was presented in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court by ALZAID REAL ESTATE LIMITED (company no. 10229964) ("Petitioner") whose registered office is 4102 Queens Dock Commercial Centre, Norfolk Street, Liverpool, England, L1 0BG claiming to be a creditor of the Company.
The hearing is listed to be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 30 October 2017 at 10:30am.
