Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Stirling by Clydesdale Bank Plc craving the court inter alia that Boquhan Estates Limited having its Registered Office at Boquhan House, Kippen, Stirling, FK8 3HY with Company Number SC303546 ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that James Bernard Stephen, Insolvency Practitioner, BDO LLP, 4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX be appointed as Provisional and Interim Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Roberston by Interlocutor dated 27 September 2017 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Stirling Sheriff Court, Viewfield Place, Stirling, FK8 1NH within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement and appointed the said James Bernard Stephen to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
