NOTICE is hereby given that on 4th May 2017 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Aberdeen City Council craving the Court inter alia to order that Chiahealth Property LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC437822) and having its registered office at Templars House, South Deeside Road, Maryculter, Aberdeen, AB12 5GB be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by First Deliverance dated 5th May 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
