NOTICE is hereby given that on 21 March 2017, a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by John Cota Small, the director of Mode Media Corporation UK Limited, craving the Court inter alia that Mode Media Corporation UK Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC270803) and having its Registered Office at 4th Floor, 115 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4JN be wound up by the Court and that James Bernard Stephen, Insolvency Practitioner, BDO LLP, 70 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 29 March 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
