Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of Creditors has been summoned by David John Standish Joint Liquidator for the purpose of

1. Considering whether any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for time being holding the office in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986;

2. fixing the basis of remuneration of the Joint Liquidators; and

3. for the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firm’s policy.
