Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 168 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors. The meeting will be held at Rutland House, 23-25 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5QQ on 17 March 2017 at 11.00 am.

The purpose of the meeting is to establish whether creditors would like to form a liquidation committee (of creditors), or failing that, to consider resolutions concerning the basis upon which the liquidator’s remuneration will be fixed and the authorisation to draw Category 2 disbursements in accordance with the firm’s policy.

Creditors can attend the meeting in person and vote, and they are entitled to vote if they have already lodged a proof of debt, or if they do so by no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting, and their claim has been accepted in whole or in part. If you cannot attend in person, or do not wish to attend but still wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to attend on your behalf, or you may nominate the Chairman of the meeting, who will either be the Liquidator or a member of his staff, to vote on your behalf. Creditors must lodge their proxy by no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting, together with any hitherto unlodged proofs of debt. All proofs of debt and proxies must be lodged with G2 Insolvency Limited, Rutland House, 23-25 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5QQ.
