Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre, Innovation Way, Wilthorpe, Barnsley, S75 1JL on 21 February 2017 at 11.15 am for the purposes mentioned in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act being to consider a statement of the Company’s affairs, to appoint a liquidator and if appropriate to appoint a liquidation committee.
