Notice is hereby given that on 26 January 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Vico Properties Scotland Limited craving the court inter alia that Vico Properties Scotland Limited having its Registered Office at c/o Penlaw, 17 Brunswick Street, Edinburgh, EH7 5JB with Company Number SC122287 ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and that Colin David Scott, Insolvency Practitioner of Geoghegans Chartered Accountants, 6 St Colme Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6AD be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 31 January 2017 ordained any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
