Pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order ("the Order"), a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY on 28 February 2017 at 11.00 am. The purpose of the meeting, pursuant to Articles 85 to 87 of the Order, is to consider the statement of affairs of the Company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
